The SPHRi training was one of the best I've ever taken. It added a wealth of information and connected theory to the practical realities of HR. It also generated many creative ideas for implementation in the workplace. The trainer was an expert and professional, with a clear understanding of the material and its connection to his professional experience. He provided inspiration on many topics related to human capital management in a modern way, keeping pace with changes in the sector. Furthermore, the exchange of experiences with the trainees reinforced many concepts and ideas, facilitating the sharing of HR management styles across different sectors.
